Docket Control & Discovery Times and Settings

Click here for customary docket control and discovery times and settings

A docket control order will not automatically be issued on the filing of a case. A request for issuance of a docket control order must be made to the Court Coordinator. The Court will then consider the nature of the case, the filing date of the case, and the agreement of the parties, if any, in establishing a Docket Control Order. Shown above (clicking the link) are the usual and customary Docket Control Order time lines. The Court will establish the pretrial hearing and the trial dates.
